Tai Chi

Tai Chi Chuan or Taiji Quan ("Grand Ultimate Fist") is an ancient Chinese internal martial art that includes slow, smooth movements based on a series of self-defense techniques. Tai Chi can be described as "vertical Chinese Yoga in motion." The smooth, flowing movements of the form has been recognized by current medical science as an excellent way to maintain one's general health, balance, and flexibility.
